Fellowship
The F.L.O.C.K.s are a place where
we can experience genuine Biblical
fellowship- considering how we can
stimulate one another to love and
good deeds.

Leadership Development
The F.L.O.C.K.s provide an ideal
place for the members of our
congregation to learn to exercise
their ministry gifts for the
building up of Christ's body- the
church. These groups also provide
men called to ministry an ideal
place to develop a shepherd's heart.

Outreach
The small, family nature of a
F.L.O.C.K. provides a conducive
setting for F.L.O.C.K. members to
bring a friend to observe the love
and unity that exists among Christians
as they gather to focus on God's Word
and to build each other up in
Jesus Christ.

Caring
The F.L.O.C.K.s afford us many
opportunities to care for each other
in practical ways, because the needs
of others are openly shared with the
members of the F.L.O.C.K. The "one
another's" of the faith are actively
pursued and practiced within each
F.L.O.C.K.

Knowledge
The study of God's Word is central to
the life of a F.L.O.C.K., because of
our commitment to encourage one another
toward, and to be held accountable to,
the righteous behavior that is to
characterize the sheep of God's pasture.
